Grace Lee

Head of Artist Relations (East Coast) @ YouTube

Grace Lee is an accomplished music executive with 15+ years of experience in the industry. She currently leads YouTube’s east coast artist relations team, where she is passionate about helping artists at all stages of their careers. Prior to joining YouTube, Grace spent 9 years at Columbia Records, where she worked with all artists across the roster including Adele, Beyoncé, John Legend, HAIM, Daft Punk and J. Cole. Grace regularly participates in key industry events and panels and has served as a juror for Clio Music. An avid home cook, Grace’s signature recipe for kimchi fried rice was published in the New York Times.


Caroline Yim

Co-Head of Hip Hop/R&B + Music Agent @ WME

Caroline Yim is based in LA and is co-head of Hip Hop/R&B + partner at leading entertainment agency WME. She represents many of the world’s leading musicians, including Anderson.Paak & The Free Nationals, Givēon, Gunna, The Internet, Rae Sremmurd, Future, Kehlani, Ella Mai, Jay Rock, Daniel Caesar, and Jhené Aiko. She began her career at MCA Records, moving on to agent roles at CAA and ICM, until joining the WME family in early 2021. She has been featured on Billboard’s “Women In Music” power list from 2015 - 2018, Billboard’s "40 Under 40” list, as well as Billboard’s Hip-Hop Power List from 2017 - 2020. For the past five years, she has also been involved as a “Big” for the Big Brothers + Sisters and was part of the Women In Entertainment Mentor Program, becoming a board member in 2018. As an LA native, Yim is a lifelong fan of the Lakers and Dodgers. She is also an avid dog lover.


ZEENA KODA

Head of Brand Digital @ The North Face + Host

Zeena Koda is a self-proclaimed swiss-army knife of hustle and seasoned digital marketing exec. A lifelong singer and performer, joining the music industry was an inevitable fate. She began as vocalist in local bands, later parlaying her music biz skills into head digital marketing roles at Roadrunner, Motown / Capitol and Atlantic Records. She’s worked on Grammy-award winning releases from Nipsey Hussle and Meek Mill, as well as developing digital for up-and-coming talent. Currently she is Head of Brand Digital Marketing at The North Face and host / producer of “Everything’s Political." In 2008 she began her music journalism and broadcast career as a morning radio host on SiriusXM's Liquid Metal, freelance writer + video journalist for VICE, Mass Appeal, Uproxx, FADER and Revolver. She has hosted video programming on FUSE, Music Choice, Reelz, VEVO, Loudwire, Revolver, Warner’s The Pit and produced several comedic Vlog series.

Since 2015, she's hosted and produced several podcast series including Ladyish, BoxxTalk, Revolver's Weekly Podcast, Last Words and currently Everything's Political. She's passionate about dogs, politics, heavy metal and a good manicure.
